I would have given five stars but the first room that we checked into had issues (room 101). We mentioned the issues and Amy moved us to a new room. She also checked on us later to see we were content. The second room was very good! So I would say customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend for service and location.

Ludicrously overpriced. Loud. Dated. Would give negative stars if I could. The elevator wasn’t even super close to our room but it was very loud and literally made our beds shake. They should pay us for staying in this dump.

Daysha at the front desk was so helpful when my company needed to put residents up in rooms for a few nights. She then continued to be a great in assisting with receipts needed after the stays.

I stayed here with family for a graduation party a few weeks ago. The front desk and wait staff were very nice. The rooms were clean as well. I would consider staying here again.

Horrible experience. Toilet backed up along with the sink, no shampoo or conditioner and the front desk guy Shannon eas rude and threatening. Told management and they offered 1500 points that's it. Will never be back

Unfortunately I will have to give a bad rating!! Accommodating a large group is not an easy thing for them! I was booked for a King someone cancelled or changes was made and I was granted a double! I entered the room took a shower etc….went to sleep about 3:30 am someone was entering my room stating they just paid for the room! Went to front desk he states there was no record of me being in the room or having a reservation got my name and credit card and state I could be compensated for the trouble but it was out of his hands. He put the couple in another room! Yet my card was still charged! I don’t have a receipt I don’t have a confirmation number I didn’t even get as much as an apology!! Safety reason I’m no longer interested in staying here while in town

If you are a fan of weird smells, flickering light bulbs, holes in the walls, missing baseboards, flies in the bathroom, and no house keeping....then this is the place for you.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Stow :) It’s a clean hotel and the service is great.Shannon was especially helpful - he looked high and low for a Band-Aid when I needed one and was very kind.I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and close to the activities we were involved in at the state park. We were close to trails, the train and waterfalls.

Just a few hiccups with the room reservation but the manager did attempt to make things better. Whirlpool on the pool was not working, but other than that a nice stay. The wonderful lady that makes breakfast is great. There wasn't a bad item served.

Overall hotel is ok. Was greeted by Shannon at the front desk was great, very welcoming and explained everything. Hotel close to a couple restaurants where they offer coupons which is a bonus. Beds were very uncomfortable, super hard and very creeky and bed sheet looked already slept in , no elasticity on the fitted sheet so waking up on the bare mattress was the result of that. Location seems out of the way but about 5mins away from a large walmart and starbucks and close to highway.Rooms: pretty clean and good size
