Came here to buy something small, inquired to see if I could use my cosmetology discount but for some reason it won’t link, Susan the store manager went above and beyond to make sure it got resolved even though I said it was fine and she was able to make it work! She was super kind and very helpful God bless hope she has an amazing day! 💕

Sunday December 15th I went into Sally's beauty just browsing for clippers I came across Susan who was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my new ion trimmers. I am a licensed stylist for 34 years and she did go above and beyond and was extremely friendly. The only problem I have with buying clippers as they are not returnable. So I really feel it's risky buying clippers with their exchange policy way to go Susan for making my shopping experience an absolute Christmas miracle happy holidays

Licensed hair stylist and customers….
I bought clippers and a shaver . I spent over $160.00 . I used them on client and didn’t cut right.
I learned from Susan ( not very polite) she stated that there are no longer returns on clippers and shavers.
What??!
Read this DO NOT buy clippers or shavers at SALLYS!!!!
The performance is everything as a professional. I will not buy anything that is connected to Sally’s.
I suggest go to Salon Centric Hair Supply!!!!

Gwen and Sara helped me today find everything I could need and were really knowledgeable about their products. I wanted to die my hair another color and they showed me a brand that was vegan and cruelty free. Very organized store too!!

I give it 3 stars because more than half of their hair swatches were missing , making it impossible to know the color of the box. However, an employee, named Tia was so enthusiastic and helpful. She was such a breath of fresh air. Had I not looked the way I did, I would have tried to recruit her. She was positive , she was upbeat. The second she walked into the door (as she was just walking in to start her shift) , customers came in and she took no time to get situated , she immediately offered her help.

Staff here is amazing. I have a son who likes to have crazy hair colors and Olivia taught me all about washable hair colors my son can use on the weekends and rinse out before school each week. It was a very welcoming environment for a father and son who walked into a beauty store.
