Recently my mother-in-law went to one of the chain tire/brake centers for an oil change and they told her she need $800+ worth of brakes/rotors/etc. Seemed suspicious so I suggested she come here for a 2nd opinion. Only needed rear brake pads - $105. Thank you Leipolds for saving my MIL $700+ in unnecessary repairs.”

“On 8/2/21 I ordered tires from an authorized dealer.Three days later I was given a 9/7/21 delivery date.On 8/25/21 my date was changed to 10/28/21.Called said dealer and was told the problem was Mickey Thompson.Called Mickey Thompson on 8/30/21 and was assured they had not missed any shipment dates to any of their authorized dealers.Asked if I could order straight from them and was told how.Went straight to their website and made my order.Was told a 6-8 week delivery.The next day I was given a delivery date of 9/3/21.Those tires were on my door step before noon.That man I spoke to had to take the time to look into what had happened and then took even more time to expedite the shipping to keep the delivery date their dealer had missed.To find a better company to do business with I would imagine one would be hard pressed.”

“I received excellent service (needed a oil change and wheel alignment) from the Stow-Goodyear, I work a Kent State and needed a ride to work and also to be picked up, the driver (Noah-Driver - was very friendly and a gentleman offering to even carry my bags). (The Service Manager-Derek-Greets his customers and makes sure your service is done per request). When, I get service usually it can get done the same day or the next. I am very grateful for the ride to and from work, always offering coupons on prices. Thanks so much!!!”
