“I had been to the pipe rack once before to pick up some cigars and was pleasantly surprised with the selection they had. What really impressed me was the pipe selection. Yesterday I went to buy my first pipe and the guy behind the counter ( I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) walked me through every step, finding a good starter pipe, picking a tobacco I like and proper care, maintaining and packing the pipe. I’m very impressed 10/10”

Long story short he opened up the store so I could make my quick purchase! What a great store and he's single handedly forming a great community for his store. “This is my favorite shop and I can't go anywhere else. The workers here, you can't find others like them anywhere else. They know their job, they know their stuff, and they put their heart into it. Everytime someone asks me about vape shops I try to point everyone in the direction of urban konnection. I will always refer people here.
Now, This store hasn't had much deliveries in Several Months, Stock is low, and running nearly depleted and It breaks my heart thinking I may be losing this store. It's like losing a long time friend. Hopefully that's not the case. I don't know where to begin looking for a new vape shop nearby me.”

“I got ID'd here and I am 300 years old. But I can't revoke a star because thems the rules. My buddy couldn't get papers because he forgot his ID. Make sure you bring it! Everyone gets ID'd, even 300 year old wizards. The staff is really nice and there's a ton of stuff I love here. Always a pleasure to visit. But bring your ID!”

“I'm not an avid smoker, and going to cigar shops can be intimidating at times. I went in there today and was greeted warmly but the gentleman behind the counter (Mike). He didn't hover over, but asked what I was looking for and provided some solid advice that helped me narrow down good options for my price range and event.
Aside from the friendliness and great knowledge of the proprietor, the space is also really cool! It has a poker table, some very comfortable chairs, as well as screens. They have snacks and beverages available for their guests, and I ended up lighting up with some of the gentlemen who were there. All in all, I had a great time, and I will definitely be back!”
