Office overall seems understaffed and what staff they do have working are impatient and rude.

Package not delivered after said it was (have cam no delivery showed) Did not know they could vape in the carrier trucks. And they can listen to music with earbuds while driving? How do they hear any emergency vehicles or people, safety concerns?

My package has been here for over a week with absolutely no updates, no actual person to get a hold of, and I will most likely not be getting. I am losing more faith in USPS as a business.
