This is how the mail carrier left the mail boxes in my apartment complex. Might have well said “Help yourself this holiday season, this is a great place to shop.” And that’s what happened. My mail, including a gift card, was stolen. The post office supervisor acknowledged it was left open (all day and night) but cannot do anything about my missing mail. Not a thing. She advised me to file a police report. Horrible service here. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The old lady was extremely rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing her the entire time. Waited in line for my turn like everyone else and was sent to the back twice because she didn’t want to deal with the customs form needed to send a package overseas. I told her twice my husband was deployed and that was why there were so many things listed on the form. She continued getting frustrated and loudly said that I have such a long list so many times that I ended up leaving. Thanks USPS. My husband can miss the holidays to serve our country but your employees can’t do their job. I would recommend sending packages through the Cuyahoga Falls location instead. They’ll only make you wait in line once.

Three packages have been sitting there for 2 weeks. I live about an hour away. This truly should not be a thing. One is time sensitive. So I guess I am out of luck on that.

I supposed to get a package from my sister who lives overseas but that didn’t happen thanks to the post office in Stow OH !,This post office lost a package containing very old pictures and some memories of my deceased parents!! My package was supposed to arrive on Saturday and needed my signature, but it arrived on Friday and was signed with some fake signature of my husband! Just to mention, my husband was out of state at the time! The following week I had to take a day off and I went to the post office to see what was going on and why my package was not delivered on the redelivery schedule, women (some kind of supervisor ) she told me that my husband signed for me! When I told her that it was not my husband's signature, she told me that the postman signed it and just left the package on the front of my building apartment! In the end, she told me to call the police and report the theft and that they can't do anything about it (even though it was 100% their fault)! I am very sad but also angry because that is all I should have had of memories of my parents! Shame on the management at this post office in Stow Oh 44224 !!!

This place needs to get new employees because they seem as if they can't do their job. My package has been sitting in ohio for days now and I'm getting pist.Usps you need to do something about this because its only going to hurt your business. Its a shame that people don't use FedEx or ups more because they get the job done and my packages seem to come early with them.

Another package lost, once again. The tracking says it was delivered in or at my mailbox. It wasn’t there and my mailbox is only accessible with a key. All these poor reviews, yet nothing changes.

While being out of town for an extended period, I received a text from USPS that I was getting an unexpected shipment. It contained some valuable and delicate item so the package needed signature. I called the Stow P.O. and talked to Leo, who made sure the package was properly forwarded to my temporary address by actually going and looking at it. He also asked me to check the tracking on my phone while he waited to make sure I could track the shipment too. Finally, he asked me to call the PO and ask for him specifically if I needed any additional help. We need more teammates like Leo in all organizations. Great service!

Every time my package hits this location it gets delayed at least one to two days maybe even longer this place needs to get shut down and I’m writing this review in case my package gets stolen or lost here , I just ordered a package and it’s literally just been sitting here for two days and it’s only an hour away from my house

Went in to drop packages. I said hello to the clerk and she ignored me. Acted as if I had inconvenienced her the entire time. When she finished the transaction she rudely said have a good day. Poor customer service. That was so uncomfortable, and I mail things out everyday. Never had a problem like this before. You need to retrain that employee.

I have had a few expensive issues first one being 2 pairs of size men's 13 boots stated delivered in my mailbox which clearly wouldn't fit . Filed a claim got the runaround and I am out 400 dollars . Now I have a similar situation ordered an expensive side package waited for it to be delivered come to find out it is showing delivered in mailbox but wasn't actually there . Hoping they make it right this time

It is open 24/7 for self-help services. You can weigh your package, buy the ticket on the machine, print out the label, and drop it in the box all by yourself at your convenient time.

USPS should cease operations, they are absolutely the worst at delivering packages. I cannot count how many times they have delayed or lost my packages. These people are absolutely incompetent and should not be in business. Their customer service is nonexistent, you have to speak to a robotic voice, which constantly runs you in a loop and cannot provide you any help whatsoever when it comes to lost packages. This organization is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and to ship with.
