My son sent a small package from North Carolina with a usps ground label that was put on an express envelope by a usps employee. The package didn’t arrive for 5 days which is ground speed. They refused to deliver the package until I paid $25 for the express delivery which is next day. Unfortunately the people that work there do not have any common sense. We will not be using usps anymore there are better options out there.

Idk how incompetent you have to be to work here. A package that shipped from overseas made it all the way here, just for them to return back to sender without any consent because of an address “error”. Which is false because how else would it have made it there? It’s a house not an apartment lol. Now things are screwed up and I have to go through the process to get my money back which will take even longer.

They can't figure out how to deliver mail. They miss delivering to my house at least once a week. Even after calling nothing changes.

I don’t know what it is about this facility and all the other reviews. Confirm it a package will get here and I keep track of all my packages via third-party app. The shortest time of my packages at stow, Ohio was five days. Going on day 3 currently

Package was stuck here. Went to this post office to just pick-up package, gentleman behind counter immediately told me they don't have it without even looking at tracking number. I asked him to at least look up tracking which he did. Then told me that the package wasn't even picked up from seller. Showed him what my phone said, showing it was stuck here. He disappeared for 2 minutes to talk to a supervisor then came back and said it was out for delivery. 2 days later still haven't received. I'm pretty sure he was reading script on how to piss customers off and get them out the door. Absolutely garbage, and they wonder why there going bankrupt. Wouldn't use this office period.

This is how the mail carrier left the mail boxes in my apartment complex. Might have well said “Help yourself this holiday season, this is a great place to shop.” And that’s what happened. My mail, including a gift card, was stolen. The post office supervisor acknowledged it was left open (all day and night) but cannot do anything about my missing mail. Not a thing. She advised me to file a police report. Horrible service here. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The old lady was extremely rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing her the entire time. Waited in line for my turn like everyone else and was sent to the back twice because she didn’t want to deal with the customs form needed to send a package overseas. I told her twice my husband was deployed and that was why there were so many things listed on the form. She continued getting frustrated and loudly said that I have such a long list so many times that I ended up leaving. Thanks USPS. My husband can miss the holidays to serve our country but your employees can’t do their job. I would recommend sending packages through the Cuyahoga Falls location instead. They’ll only make you wait in line once.

Three packages have been sitting there for 2 weeks. I live about an hour away. This truly should not be a thing. One is time sensitive. So I guess I am out of luck on that.
