I am so glad I am switching to T-Mobile. I was paying over $130.00 a month for ONE line. Now, I’m trying to pay off the remainder of my bill and they have completely removed my account. I have tried to pay 3 different times via calling and online. I just want to pay my bill and be done with these people!!!

Stopped in to get new 5G home set up at a new address - Zach was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Even called Verizon for me to help process my order - would highly recommend him!

BJ was fantastic helping us transfer and upgrade a phone today! I’ve had several bad experiences at a certain corporate Verizon store in the area, I’ll be going here from now on! Thank you for being so chill and not pushing sales on us!

A few months ago, I came to this location to upgrade my iPhone. Normally, this is a very easy task and you get in and out, but because I had already had an pre-ordered iPhone ( that I called to have cancelled ) on my Verizon account, this process became an all day thing. It would have been a very disappointing encounter if I had not had the pleasure of being assisted by Bryton W. I came into the store about 10am and did not leave until 2:30pm, but the entire time he was very patient with me and made all the correct calls in order to help me upgrade my phone and get the pre-ordered phone off my account.
There was a plethora of other customers coming in the store yet, Bryton never left from my side because from the very beginning he told me he would take care of me until the very end and he did just that. I commend this young man for his honest word, patience and guidance and if I could give him more than a 5 star review I would have. He is an exemplary employee and I can imagine there’s only a matter of time before he SHOULD and WILL be promoted to upper management. Thank you Bryton for all of your hard work as it is not going unnoticed and because of people like you I will continue to be a loyal Verizon customer.

I’m writing this review on the behalf of my Grandmother (71) she wanted to express her gratitude and appreciation for her sales rep Bryton while there he was extremely busy but when he got to us he was extremely patient and explained everything to my Abuelo in such great detail that she was able to show me things about her phone that I didn’t even know! I highly recommend this store and especially Bryton in today’s society it’s hard to come across caring people!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bryton Workman, and there aren’t enough adjectives in the world to fully encapsulate how great the experience was. Bryton's customer service was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.
His knowledge of the various products I was curious about was extremely impressive to me. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits, helping me make an informed decision that was perfect for my needs. Bryton's friendliness and approachability made the entire experience enjoyable.
What really stood out to me was his patience. He never once rushed me or pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he patiently answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, ensuring I felt confident in my choice.
Thanks to Bryton's outstanding service, I left the store feeling satisfied and excited about my purchase. I highly recommend Bryton Workman to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, friendly, and patient sales rep. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers.

I’m not one to leave reviews mainly because most service experiences good or bad don’t warrant the extra time to leave a review.
However my experience here was fantastic, I wanted to check out some options for an iPhone upgrade but wasn’t exactly looking to buy anything same day. I was greeted by multiple employee upon walking in but was helped by Bryton.
He was friendly, very knowledgeable of what worked best for me and did not come off as pushy or too “salesy”. He let me know what my options were and answered all my questions. I even found out about protections for my phone that I always assumed were way more expensive.
I highly recommend this location or at the very least Bryton but if he is any indication of how this staff works you’ll be more than satisfied.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by a very helpful staff member! Even though he was ultimately unable to help us he went out of his way to get information to us for the next step we needed to take! Thank you! Don't waste your time at the other Verizon stores in the area.

They messed up my return and now I have an $800 debt on my credit report for a phone I returned a year ago. Never going back. Oh, and Verizon has terrible service in Kent, so if you live there, save your money.

It is vary rare to have a great experience at a Verizon store. Well this one changed all of that. My daughters phone stopped recognizing her SIM card. We went in and the staff was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Got us good as new in no time. It was very pleasant.
