“After a accident involving the back of the vehicle, repair looked as good as new, and even better, they dealt with the insurance company to make the process very easy. Good diagnosis and repair with no hassles.”

“These guys are great at what they do. They've done 2 insurance collision repairs for my family now. They take a while, over 5 weeks for each car, but that's because they're fighting with insurance for what's in your best interest. They don't just fix cosmetic damage and get you on the road, like some big chains in the area. They also check everything structurally and mechanically. They'll also handle the rental car for you as well. If you want a repair done right, call these guys.”

“We were in our way camping when we broke down near the store. We were able to pull in and the associate James along with his crew working that day were AMAZING. Gave us great service and assistance and went above and beyond. Great friendly demeanor and attitudes and were a huge blessing”

“Gerber exceeded my expectations. Came in with a dent in my passenger side door of my Audi A7 from a ladder falling on it. Not an easy fix. They made it look better than before. Flawless work. Will deff recommend.”

“They checked my battery and alternator for free. Ordered a new alternator one evening and it was in early the next morning. I felt respected, when I said I needed something, they didn't question it or act like I didn't know what I was talking about, they just helped me get what I asked for. My car was dead, they let me put it under the street light in their parking lot for the night. They let me use the parking lot the next morning to do my repairs. I had most of my own tools, but when something was stuck they let me borrow a pair of pliers they had in the back. They had every reason to tell me to shove off and find a mechanic and stop using their parking lot. But they were generous and kind above and beyond what would be expected of them. Thankyou Adam and Jeff for testing my car and ordering what I needed no hassle. Thanyou Bill for noticing, and for your helpful advice and assistance with getting parts unstuck. Huge thankyou to Lance for your years of mechanical expertise and being so generous with your time. I might've been able to do it on my own, but it would have definitely taken alot more time and probably more tears and frustration too. And thankyou Brian for running a store where the employees have the breathing room to go out of their way to help people. You guys totally rock! When more problems came up, you kept on helping. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for seeing me as a real person and being so generous, thoughtful, and caring. You guys really made my day!”
