“They checked my battery and alternator for free. Ordered a new alternator one evening and it was in early the next morning. I felt respected, when I said I needed something, they didn't question it or act like I didn't know what I was talking about, they just helped me get what I asked for. My car was dead, they let me put it under the street light in their parking lot for the night. They let me use the parking lot the next morning to do my repairs. I had most of my own tools, but when something was stuck they let me borrow a pair of pliers they had in the back. They had every reason to tell me to shove off and find a mechanic and stop using their parking lot. But they were generous and kind above and beyond what would be expected of them.

“My experience was great from start to finish....I didn't catch the guys name whom serviced me, but I will definitely update this review once I get do. He scheduled me an appointment and as soon as I arrived they got to work. He offered to look up and show me the options I had for a new battery. He had a couple ppl behind me and still made sure to take care of me thourghly, walked me to the area where the batteries were and kept me updated via text about the process. I was skeptical going here to streetsboro specifically because of the 3 stars, but the service was affordable, close and I made an APPOINTMENT (highly recommend).
