“My car had a low tire pressure indicator on yesterday and when I tried to add air at Sheetz the tire pump nozzle lowered the tire pressure instead of adding air. What a pickle to be in while trying to get home a hundred miles away! With one tire only half inflated I drove down the road until I saw Bob's Car Care. I asked for help and help was promptly received with a smile and good humor. The people I met at Bob's seemed genuinely friendly and happy to lend a helping hand to somebody in trouble. Since I live a hundred miles away, I probably can't return the favor with repeat business, but if you live nearby you might want to consider giving this crew a try when you have some trouble with your vehicle.”

“Straight forward, quick, and kind. Helped me on Veterans Day when my alternator began having trouble on a trip from WV to MI. Tire Source was suggested by locals as the only place they trusted that would be open that day. Midas down the street wanted more than double and to sell me financing to pay for it. Tire Source had me safely back on the road without any sort of hassle. “After figuring out what car I wanted to purchase, a Hyundai Elantra Hybrid Blue, I contacted several dealerships to see what deals they could offer, the pricing was at list or a bit higher and the trade in were all about the same. I was out in Hudson so I figured I would check out Great Lakes Hyundai in Streetsboro and I was impressed. First they actually seemed to want my buisness, I was actually greeted when I came into the dealership. Second Justin did a nice job as the salesperson finding the vehicle I wanted and keeping me informed. Third Great Lakes was willing to knock $1000 off the price to get me to commit to the purchase. Fourth they ageed to the minor conditions I requested; not putting on the protection plan and no dealership decals on the car. Overall a very good experience. Delivery took a while, but that is typical these days. Justin kept me informed without being overbearing and he followed up after the delivery. If you are looking for a Hyundai I would give Great Lakes an opportunity; they are a bit low key, but they are willing to make deals. Because of the location I will probably have the service done at a dealership closer to me, but if I was purchasing another car I would definitely give Great Lakes a try.”

“Visited this morning after having issues with a noise coming from our tires. (A dealership just serviced the vehicle the previous day with an oil change and rotating the tires). Karen and the guys were exceptional immediately offering to help. After looking over the vehicle, it was found that the prior day service by a dealership was the issue. When they rotated the tires, they did not tighten the lug nuts. These tires could have fallen off, causing a serious accident. Thankfully, my husband turned around before going any further when he realized something was wrong. Not at all happy with the dealership that did the tire rotation (actually went directly their after visiting with Van's). Karen is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and offers exceptional service. Highly recommend them.”
