Mitch was FANTASTIC. I have bad anxiety, I have to talk myself into leaving the house most of the time. When I met Mitch he listened to me, worked with me , I felt he was honest with me about the process and my options. I didn’t want to be sweet talked or persuaded to get a vehicle that was unreasonable financially for me. Mitch heard that and was transparent on what they could do.
I was approved for a 2026 Nissan Altima. Leasing this vehicle was the best option for me.
I can not say enough about MITCH. He made the process smooth. I was getting a little upset about how long it finally took the finance guy to come get me to sign the papers…. I had it in my head that I had to express that to the finance guy. I get into the office and again I was impressed and blown away when Mario the finance guy told me my actual payment amount…. $134 less then I discussed it with Mitch. I feel these gentleman went to bat for me and I am forever grateful to them!
I have already bragged to a friend about my experience as she is looking for a vehicle also.

Had some great, educational conversation about my van’s particulars and a walkthrough on how to identify and fix this particular issue myself in the future, and some great advice on specific projects to consider for future upgrades that I could handle myself. “My experience was great from start to finish....I didn't catch the guys name whom serviced me, but I will definitely update this review once I get do. He scheduled me an appointment and as soon as I arrived they got to work. He offered to look up and show me the options I had for a new battery. He had a couple ppl behind me and still made sure to take care of me thourghly, walked me to the area where the batteries were and kept me updated via text about the process. I was skeptical going here to streetsboro specifically because of the 3 stars, but the service was affordable, close and I made an APPOINTMENT (highly recommend).
