“Worked with Michele for our Home Equity Line and the entire process was so easy and Michele is the absolute nicest person and so very helpful! We had some issues from our prior title company messing some things up and Michele worked with them and us to get everything solved in a quick and efficient way! I would give more than five stars if possible! Also since signing the documents I have visited the banking branch near my work and all of the staff are so friendly. Michele has continued the superb customer services even now as I have had many follow up questions that she has helped me with. I felt like a priority customer from start to finish.
