Appears management has changed over the years and customer service is very helpful now. Had a great experience in the tile area Dec2023.Previous review below:Customer Service is not a top priority at this store. I had a sad experience with an associate as well as a store manager. They seem to forget customers are what keep them in business. The Home Depot down the street has great customer service and they are very friendly and helpful.”
“ProSource is fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Don't bother with the big box retail store stuff, ProSource product is excellent, high end and fairly priced. They have an enormous selection. They helped me put my tile project together perfectly. The contractor I hired from their preferred vendors list was excellent. Ed Snowden did a fantastic installation for me!! This guy is an artist, I highly recommend him.”

“During Covid-19 the store was booming. Customers were keeping their appropriate distance. Employees had on masks, and were very friendly and helpful. Staff were disinfecting the self checkouts. One staff member tapped the screen for me so I didn't have to touch it. But, please don't touch my credit card. I can use that myself.”
