“This is a nice clean, well operated store. Everything is tidy and in its place. Staff is nice and helpful. I've been enjoying all the sales lately and cool they've been giving out decent freebies with member purchases.”

“Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout.To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.”

“They have some things that other stores don't but their local for me so it's nice not to run all over the place. They always have plenty of carts neatly lined up for lumber and whatnot. My only complaint would be the same as the rest of the home depots
Too much stuff in the aisleways to get through sometimes and things that people aren't supposed to move because their company equipment are always in the way and things like displays that take up most of our way .Make it difficult to maneuver sometimes. But that's a common complaint most likely. But the staff always seems to be helpful and friendly and if you have a question and they don't know they always try to get the answer.”

“It's taken me a few months to set aside the time to do this review but I wanted to make sure Ron Brooks got the recognition he deserved. I had stopped in to get some tanks filled and it was my first time ever doing something like this. Ron was terrific with his customer service. Not only can he build rapport quickly, you can tell he's a genuine human being. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. He exceeded all of my expectations and I felt like I now had an expert in welding that I could rely on for any and all questions. It's rare that you get this level of customer service in the dark world that we live in but Airgas is blessed to have Ron representing their brand.”

“I needed a new grill and went to Lowe's in Streetsboro, Ohio. Tyler was fantastic to work with. I ended up with a new Charbroil and Tyler removed the side shelf and helped me load it into my SUV. Tyler was very knowledgeable and polite which you don't see alot of these days. I highly recommend Lowe's and ask for Tyler.”

“Came to this store over and over, because we always forgot something. This location is really close by for us, which makes it really practical. Never had a bad experience with either the place or the people.Came back multiple time to return items, due to wrong sizing (judgment on our end) and never any issues with returns. Fast, no question asked and reimbursed. There is quite a variety of choices. I always found someone to help us if needed, especially in the wood cutting area.”
