“Hands down my favorite thrift store in the local area. The items are typically so unique compared to most. It's very important to show up very often so you can see the new stuff because it's always changing. Not too mention the people that work there just love their jobs and love people too! Its a real vibe and I recommend them to anyone. I was born in 85 and grew up in Kent getting to see this place flourish into such an amazing place! It warms my heart to see people able to make it like they have, and to do something they thoroughly love doing whilst succeeding. I will always continue to recommend this place to everyone like I always have in hopes they continue to do what they do so well.”
“I am really really impressed with the staff at this store! Everyone is very kind and I could tell that they really cared about the ReStore vision! The quality and the care of the items that they have for sale is also quite impressive. The prices are also really fair! I was so thankful for the help of the staff in loading my purchases in my van and it was great to hear James (staff) tell us his story. Keep doing what you're doing ReStore friends! You’ll see me again.”

“My wife and I worked with Damon and Tommy on the purchase and delivery of a large china cabinet to our new apartment. The cost of the cabinet and cost to deliver it were very reasonable. They were great to work with - prompt, friendly, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond to make this delivery and installation successful. We enjoyed working with Damon and Tommy enough that they are trying to find another unusual piece of furniture for us. We cannot recommend them enough!”
“There is a LOT of clothes.
Not much furniture.
They show the tvs work!
The deals aren't like other salvation army where you always have 3 or 4 colors on sale. Today was pink and shoes. I didn't like that.
The fitting rooms are closed like some places.
And the people aren't rude either”
“This is a nice Goodwill. It's clean and well-organized. I like that they hang the clothes up as opposed to using bins. They also sort the clothes by size and not color.”
“Clean and well-organized location. I've visited the store several times recently, as well as the donation center once, and staff was helpful each time. Keep up the good work!”
“Only thing holding this Goodwill back from a 5 star review, is its merchandise im personally looking for. As silly as that sounds, thrift stores all depend not only on their donations but also management and staff on final say on what ends up on the floor and each location differs slightly. (Each Goodwill seems a little different in what they carry) For example this one is good for books, older knick knacks, elderly clothes and some of the 1st hand non "thrift" 2nd hand items.. The one in Kent is good for younger adult clothes, crafts and furniture. The Goodwill in Cuyahoga Falls on State Rd. when i went a few years ago seemed to best for electronics. The one on Britain Rd which i believe moved to Tallmadge on Rt. 9 offered a lot of kids clothes and unique finds. Then of course Waterloo Rd. Is the biggest and the best of them all. I encourage people to check out every location. They all have their own "specialties" it would seem. I know im missing some on this list but i also either haven't been since they built them or its been many years since ive been there.”
