    I have used this U-Haul for several years. If anything, it has gotten better. Amber is in charge and she is very responsive and helpful. They got me the hitch that I needed and had it installed in under two hours for less that I was quoted.     Excellent Van, thank goodness for the nice people at Streetsboro U-Haul. My van was clean,low mileage and smooth. I had to move a ton of stuff from my mom's. They gave me great advice and were very kind to this 65 year old. I wish I could use them again but I'm moving her.
