Couldn't give a high enough review for the excellent customer service we received. Walked in at 10:30 AM because my daughters phone would not charge. We told Lark that we may have to come back because we had a birthday party to attend in 45 minutes. My daughter chose to replace her phone w a new one. Lark ended up getting everything done in 40 minutes, including picking out accessories and starting the data transfer! I couldn't be more impressed! This was the fastest and most positive experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! Well done, and thank you!

I worked at verizon for 4 years and when someone asked for a sim card we gave it to them and didn't ask questions because you literally cant do anything with it but after verifying my identity and saying my parents were at work and can't be called without my consent called my mom. Then told me I can't get a sim card anyways. Way to make things difficult and delay me into getting my phone running again

I had an exceptional experience at this particular location, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shekinah. I have rarely encountered an associate who exhibited such a remarkable level of kindness and patience.We encountered significant challenges while transitioning our services to Verizon, and Keeks demonstrated an exceptional commitment to assisting us in every conceivable manner. Notably, she went above and beyond by dedicating an additional two hours beyond the store's regular closing time to ensure that we were completely set up and comfortable with our new services.I cannot emphasize enough the overwhelmingly positive nature of this experience, particularly due to the exceptional service rendered by Keeks. I sincerely hope that anyone who visits this store in the future has the privilege of being assisted by her.

We have been going to this store for quite some time. Sometimes it’s fine but other times you really have to be careful on the information your being given. If it doesn’t feel right it’s not.Also be careful who you deal with, in November last year my wife was upgrading her phone. While I was on a business call the sales lady cut off my line. She didn’t understand nor care. I believe it was the same lady we dealt with last week when we given incorrect information and she was very pushy about making the sale. From now on I will just call customer service it’s much better.

Even though my phone is still under Warranty, They couldn't replace my broken screen!! Told me that because I don't have insurance on my phone they can't do it but was given info on places I could go have it repaired but I have to pay for it. I think they should have just replaced it, I was given the option to buy a new phone out of pocket. For such a Big Corporation I think replacing the screen should be a free service from them. ?

Verizon stores are pretty useless these days associates do nothing but hand you their phone you do all the work. They basically get paid for you doing their jobs. I won't go to one ever again. 20 years ago you went to their stores picked out the phone you wanted they set it up for you and you were on your way. Now you do it all yourself. The associates are very hands off and not very helpful.
