I used to love shopping at Abercrombie but just tried to return jeans I received as a Christmas gift and customer service couldnāt give me a refund or even store credit. Unfortunately wonāt be shopping here anymore, too much of a risk if you need to return.

Freddie had some of the best customer service I have ever seen while shopping at abercrombie and fitch. I came in with multiple questions, both how to exchange an item and what he would recommend getting my brother as a gift, and he helped me through the whole process for both inquiries. Even when browsing on my own, I had multiple associates come up and ask if I was doing alright. Will definitely be shopping at this abercrombie location more often!

Be prepared for the fitting rooms to just randomly close. Even though it was a Sunday and still almost two hours left of the store being open - the staff wouldnāt let anyone try on clothes. The whole point of in-store shopping is to try on clothes. Iāve never had this issue at any other store and there were plenty of staff members walking around. After reading other reviews mentioning the same issue, it seems like this is a recurring problem. Iāll be sticking to online shopping from now on.

We stopped in today to purchase some pants. We were having difficulty finding the right size. We were greeted and helped by Anthony. He was great, helped us find the perfect size and signed us up for rewards. He made shopping so much easier!

Donāt bother. I called ahead and was told the fitting rooms were open. Drove 30 minutes, picked out 12 pairs of jeans to try only to be told theyāre actually closed. If you look at the reviews youāll see they always close them randomly. So frustrating. And Iām not comfortable spending 1000+ on jeans to try them on in another store like they recommended to another customer.

Their clothes are really cute BUT PLEASE can they not send clothes that smell strongly like marijuana ever again ! I have to wash the clothes they smell so bad like weed. Whoever packs please donāt smoke while packing our clothes. The customer service person said they had someone else complain about the same thing

I went to Abercrombie because I heard great things about their curve love line And at a plus size person finding jeans is hard. When walking into the store there was no greeting by any workers but just when I see an employee walk past I smiled, thinking he was going to greet me or ask what I was shopping for, but instead he whistled/growled at me and walked away??? Besides that none of the employees even looked in my direction when I was shopping but instead were all talking to each other, and not paying attention to any of the multiple customers in the store. They had many stacks of jeans, put in high shelves, and as a short person, I struggle to get any down. I didnāt wanna make a mess, but it was kind of annoying when the workers just watched me struggle to get anything down. After I went to go to the fitting rooms and tried to ask one of the workers if I could have a room. At first he ignored me and when I asked Again he sided-eyed me, said āfineā, and walked away from the fitting rooms. After being confused as to why he walked away, I followed him and saw that instead of bringing me to the fitting rooms where everybody else was, he took me to the other side of the store where no one else was. He didnāt explain to me why he did this or why I was the only person in these fitting rooms, He just opened the door and left. I felt really isolated and uncomfortable by the fact that this happened. I donāt wanna assume that he did this because Iām a plus size person, but it definitely didnāt make me feel great. This whole interaction made me not want to get anything from the company which is sad because I really loved how the clothes fit me.

Today my daughter and I came into Abercrombie just to look around until Annette helped us and made a great suggestion with the 90s relaxed jeans. She made us feel comfortable and welcome to be in Abercrombie. Annette was super helpful in helping my daughter find the right pair of jeans for her. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be coming back!

After driving 35 minutes to my nearest Abercrombie, I spend 20 minutes searching for some jeans to try on because I ordered some online that didnāt fit me right so i wanted to find the right size for me. As Iām walking to the back of the store an employee shouts out that: āthe fitting rooms are closed due to being understaffed.ā Itās a Wednesday evening and my friend and I were the only two people in the store and there were at least 4 employees working.. sounds to me like they are just too lazy to clean the fitting rooms. I asked to speak to the manager Anette and even said i would hang everything back up and return it where I found it because the whole reason I drove so far was to actually TRY ON the jeans in person to see if they fit. Isnāt that the whole point of shopping in-store instead of online??? She refused to open the fitting rooms saying they have been closed for about 5 days and it wouldnāt be fair if another customer wanted to try on something. She suggested I should just buy the 7 jeans i wanted to try on, go to Hollister try them on in their fitting rooms and then bring them back and return them if they donāt fit⦠like seriously??? No one has time for that and I donāt want to put $700 on my credit card when i should just be able to try jeans on in the store i just drove almost 40 minutes to. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Now I still donāt know what size works for me so it will be hard to continue shopping with Abercrombie. We also were NEVER greeted or offered any help whatsoever. Rude employees.

employee number 02442055 was very clueless about ordering something in store for me. he told me I was getting free shipping but then a day later it says I owed $7 for the shipping. just be mindful when going in there you probably are smarter then the employees.

Asked if they could order a shirt for me online or if they knew if any were coming in. They saw nothing online, and they didn't know what was coming in. The next day, they had the shirts.

I donāt think Iāve ever met more rude employees. They roll their eyes when you ask for a fitting room, never offer assistance, never greet you. Itās so so bad lol
