Today my daughter and I came into Abercrombie just to look around until Annette helped us and made a great suggestion with the 90s relaxed jeans. She made us feel comfortable and welcome to be in Abercrombie. Annette was super helpful in helping my daughter find the right pair of jeans for her. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be coming back!

After driving 35 minutes to my nearest Abercrombie, I spend 20 minutes searching for some jeans to try on because I ordered some online that didn’t fit me right so i wanted to find the right size for me. As I’m walking to the back of the store an employee shouts out that: “the fitting rooms are closed due to being understaffed.” It’s a Wednesday evening and my friend and I were the only two people in the store and there were at least 4 employees working.. sounds to me like they are just too lazy to clean the fitting rooms. I asked to speak to the manager Anette and even said i would hang everything back up and return it where I found it because the whole reason I drove so far was to actually TRY ON the jeans in person to see if they fit. Isn’t that the whole point of shopping in-store instead of online??? She refused to open the fitting rooms saying they have been closed for about 5 days and it wouldn’t be fair if another customer wanted to try on something. She suggested I should just buy the 7 jeans i wanted to try on, go to Hollister try them on in their fitting rooms and then bring them back and return them if they don’t fit… like seriously??? No one has time for that and I don’t want to put $700 on my credit card when i should just be able to try jeans on in the store i just drove almost 40 minutes to. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Now I still don’t know what size works for me so it will be hard to continue shopping with Abercrombie. We also were NEVER greeted or offered any help whatsoever. Rude employees.

employee number 02442055 was very clueless about ordering something in store for me. he told me I was getting free shipping but then a day later it says I owed $7 for the shipping. just be mindful when going in there you probably are smarter then the employees.

Asked if they could order a shirt for me online or if they knew if any were coming in. They saw nothing online, and they didn't know what was coming in. The next day, they had the shirts.

I don’t think I’ve ever met more rude employees. They roll their eyes when you ask for a fitting room, never offer assistance, never greet you. It’s so so bad lol

A lot of the workers but specifically the one Asian manager can be so rude. I went to return some items that were apart of a huge order, items all came on different days so I returned them as they came. He made me feel stupid for not knowing you only get store credit once you return items after you already returned something in the same order (even if it’s within the time frame.) I’ve returned items from the same order before and never had a problem.

This store is pretty terrible… employees are SO rude and absolutely cannot be bothered by doing their job or helping customers. They have very bad attitudes. The store is a huge mess, and really dirty. Asking for help was like I asked them to do an incredibly difficult task. You can’t even look at the clothes on the racks due to them having SO many on one rack it’s impossible to look through because they are all smushed together and half way on the hanger. I felt so judged going in there and extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend going into this store, just shop online. The clothes are cute and good quality, but the horrible employees will make you not want to step foot in there. Do better Abercrombie.

My receipt was past the return date and they still let me get something else in the store they put the money on a merchant card I was very pleased with the store and the merchants I really think they need to open up more stores at the other malls belden village as well as summit mall I love the clothing fabric and it's always amazing and long-lasting I've had the same hoodie from their company for over 7 years and it hasn't fallen apart on me we need more companies like this with this type of fabric and this type of quality and care for the customer

Went into this location looking for a pair of Jeans instead of shopping online. I received no help and was the only customer in the store. I even checked to make sure the store was open. I told the manager I wasn’t helped and she said honestly I’m not a morning person and just got back from a trip. I’ll be shopping online and I suggest you do too.

When are places going to stop hiring air-headed teenagers just to sit there and look pretty?? Every time I come into Abercrombie, there is always 20 employees standing around gossiping amongst themselves while the store is in shambles — disorganized, dirty, and messy. I even saw employees eating food (Auntie Anne’s pretzels) over a pile of clothes on display, leaving crumbs on clothes people might buy. Whenever I asked for help, the employees would never treat me with hospitality or respect. Their behavior would most aptly be characterized as rude and unprofessional. It makes me not want to buy anything from the stores. What a shame, because the clothes themselves are great. But this inability for AF to hire decent workers is probably why most of the stores are closed.

Went here recently, was like a jumble sale, clothes all over the place, staff didn't seem at all concerned that stuff was all over the floor, they seemed preoccupied with chatting about the weekend and what they were doing with each other. Not sure who was the floor manager of this store, but if I was working for Ambercrombie corporate and dropped in to check the store I'd be shutting the doors until getting it presentable and staff who actually cared about their jobs.

Unfortunately the appearance of this store was very disappointing! Clothes we’re literally every where allOver the store , on top of the racks , no organization whatsoever! Not the quality or the appearance that is Abercrombie quality ! The employees didn’t seem to care about it either , it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in this particular location .
