“I visited this Best Buy I believe on the Friday before Christmas to get my sons their big ticket items. I asked a young man, Caleb, for assistance. He was awesome! He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand, as I am not all that tech savvy, showed me the items I asked about or that he suggested and made me feel like I was the only person at the store on such a busy day. Again he was awesome! I would definitely return to work with him again.”

“I called ahead to make sure that he had Wii remote controllers and he was very kind and helpful on the phone. The owner has adjusted the hours due to covid and homeschooling 3 kids as a single parent is a part time job that some of us have had to take on. When I went into the shop I was kindly greeted and surprised to see the huge variety of merchandise he carries. The owner went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and even tested it for me. I appreciated his efforts to make sure that I was happy and wound up sticking around after engaged in good conversation. This place is a hidden treasure full of lots of random needs. I will definitely refer others and go back myself!”

“In a time of online shopping, it feels so great to go to an actual store. The only thing is they don't have much tech to actually test out. Back in the day, one could go to Best Buy & test things out before you buy them, but the shelves are bare now a days because of online shopping. I'm all for online shopping (kind of have an addiction) I just wish they still had the displays so you can go in & play around with stuff before you pull the trigger & buy it online. Like Dolby Atmos, different soundbars, etc. At least they still have tv's on display so you can see the different pictures”
