I got terribly sick the first week in January and I went into CVS MinuteClinic for antibiotics due to an upper respiratory infection. I was, not to be gross, blowing out green stuff for 5+ days, and sicker than a dog for seven days. The nurse there would not give me antibiotics until it was 13+ days and she said you should see if your body fights it off. I’m almost 50 years old and I know that my body is not going to fight this off. It started with pink eye and my ophthalmologist gave me drops that was an antibiotic but I knew that this stuff was stuck in my chest and she still wouldn’t give me anything and the $80 I spent for NOTHING I had to come back in four days to let her know I was still sick. I have not gone back, but I’m still blowing out green, and I’m on my third round of eyedrops because my eye keeps getting infected every time I blow my nose Do not go to CVS MinuteClinic it’s a waste of your time unless you lie to them and you know your own body and you tell them you’ve been sick for three weeks. It has been a month now, and I am going to my general practitioner to get an actual true antibiotic to knock this out and put it to the curb. CVS MinuteClinic's do not listen to you at all. don’t waste your money or your time. It’s worth it to spend a little bit more and actually go to see your general practitioner or go to an urgent care.

Got turned away for a flu shot. Signs all over say walk-ins welcome. The lady at the pharmacy said appointment only. I guess they just make up their own rules here. ?♂️

This is the second time I was not told about possible drug interactions even though I specifically asked when pickung up a new prescription. I looked up the interactions on my own and then called the pharmacy and told them about the interaction and they were like, oh yeah, you have tonspace the two drugs out by at least 4 hours. Really?!

Horrible experience. Covid vaccine scheduled on line. Multiple confirmations received by text. Arrived on time to be told no vaccine was available! Was told they couldn't contact me to let me know- despite obviously having my contact information! Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. Awful people, awful place. Avoid!

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had in the Strongsville CVS pharmacy today. I went to the pharmacy counter and was greeted so kindly by a female employee by the name of Roopal. I had quite a bit of questions reference my prescriptions now that the doctor had recently cut me back on the amount to be taking. Ms Roopal was so very kind and understanding, and had the upmost patience with me while sorting out the medication’s and checking through the computer system to see the best way to update my prescriptions. Ms Roopal’s customer Service was excellent, as she explained everything I needed to know, going forward with my prescriptions. Thank you, Rick L

My experience with Roopal is extraordinary. She is very personable,knowledgeable and extremely quick, especially when going through the drive thru pharmacy pickup line. Pharmacy technician in the cvs with the black glasses was very rude and doesn’t know how to help customer, the person who work in the health care they supposed to know how important medicine is … first they deleted my mothers proscription second technician was very rude when we ask the questions and they said my father medication will be ready in like two hours and I went to pick up after 2 days and again same technician very rude and said medication is not ready and he clearly said my sift is done .. this is how they help customers never go to cvs in Strongsville I request people

Dropped off UPS package here on the 15th of May before 3 pm only to find out it got picked up by UPS the following day. What a joke place for UPS pickups

Terrible experience with my 6 year old granddaughter. Took several minutes to try to sign in to Minute Clinic only to see at the end No Appointment available. So sat to wait our turn. After quite awhile asked the pharmacist how it worked, he was quite rude… “don’t know anything about it, separate from pharmacy”. Sat and waited longer. Finally nurse came out and said she could only see appointments no walk-ins.There were no signs, no directions, no helpful people. Had to leave with a sick 6 year old. What’s the purpose of a Minute Clinic if no walk-ins accepted?And this location just doesn’t care.

The girl helping in the Pharmacy section with a window in back was rude as possible to several customers. Blonde hair and glasses...TERRIBLE.

Scheduling through the app for minute clinic is like playing the lottery, it's confirmed on my end, but they don't see me on their end and i waste my time driving there and get turned away.... not coming again, very snappy lady at the minute clinic too, not very friendly with her tone when you meet her.

My family and I have been going to this CVS for over 15 years and the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism that we encounter at this CVS is outrageous! We will not be taking our medications and our business to this CVS anymore! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS CVS! It doesn’t take much for someone to be kind! Also, if you do not like your job then quit!
