It seems nice, the folks seem friendly there, and I went to buy new Birkenstocks. I didn't buy them there because I didn't see any made out of real leather. I didn't know such a product existed. Needless to say, I didn't buy the non-leather version.
With that in mind, I have heard stories of larger retailers pressuring manufacturers into making products with cheaper materials for them in order to maximize "savings" for the customer. The thing is, the leather ones at another store were the same price as the not leather dsw ones. I hope that's not what I witnessed here.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Processed my return (for a pair of mismatched shoes) incorrectly and then laughed at me after I told them how customer service (who was on the phone with me) told me how to fix it. I'm never spending money here again. Customer service eventually got my money back to me thankfully, so kudos to the phone operators who know what they're doing.

Store was clean and staff was great with the exception of the manager/supervisor. She looked as if she had just rolled out of bed and was incredibly rude to the workers, the person in front of me in line as well as myself. This has been my 2nd terrible experience at this store with this staff member.

I bought a $60 dollar, white, sweatshirt from this store was told by the (rude and unfriendly) cashier, that I had to carry it out in the rain and snow because they are bagless. They’re putting out their customers to save money under the guise of “sustainability”. I was alone when I purchased this sweatshirt and trying to keep it clean until I got home, was irritating enough. Usually I’m out shopping with my young children. If they would’ve told me to carry multiple shoe boxes out with my kids, I would’ve retuned the items and left. You lost a customer.

Wow, DSW. Your customer service is very disappointing. First, I experienced very unpleasant service in the store yesterday. Today, I realized I was shipped 2 right foot shoes in another order. How does that happen?? When I called customer service, no solutions were offered to fix the situation and ensure my daughter has her Christmas present in time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Rude customer service! I will mail my returns from now on. I returned an item but was not given any proof of my return. Suzi was very rude and condescending when I requested proof of my return. Who in their right mind returns something without confirmation?

First time shopping here today, (9/12/23, approx 4-5pm) Great selection and even larger sizes. Store is very clean and organized.Cashier not friendly at all. Sorry to only give 3 stars but the cashier is so important to customer service and satisfaction, should address this problem.
