There is lots of stuff here, with a lot of merchandise available, including beautiful dresses. However, the shopping experience can be very odd and inconsistent. Common criticisms include a lack of open registers, with returns located upstairs and often not enough cash in the register. Fitting rooms are frequently closed, and departments like shoes can be a complete mess. Some services, like photography, are reported to be unprofessional, resulting in poor quality. Technical issues with store cards and registers not working correctly also occur, even when employees are noted as being sweet and trying hard. The store is not considered a very good place for quick shopping trips. Alternatively, ordering online for in-store pickup is described as quick and easy.
I can see why they are all closing. Older folks clothes.

One of the only places left with a decent big and tall section. They could use more check out personnel though.

Went to take pictures clearly these people are not professionals i use to love penny's for my family pictures now I got pictures where people are looking in different directions standing on the side of their shoes clothes not fixed hair not fixed just a whole mess
