My siblings and I came here to do a photoshoot for our parents for Christmas we thought it would be funny. Our appointment time was at 1:30 pm and we got here and checked in right at 1:30 pm. They said it was going to be another 20-30 minutes and that they would text us when they were ready. We were like ok. And that initially is frustrating because we had an appointment for 1:30pm. Anyways 30 minutes goes by and still no text so we go back and go to the stand and they said it was gonna be another 15 minutes and that they were really behind. So 45 minutes total. Like at that point you should have called customers and let them know to come in later because you guys were running very behind. It is a waste of time. And they clearly don’t care about it at all. After waiting the 45 minutes it took an additional 10 minutes until our name was called. 55 total minutes waiting just TO TAKE OUR PHOTOS. During our photoshoot a worker came into our photoshoot and asked us how much longer we had left we had only taken 5 photos… We were rushed and it was not a good experience. We took a total of 13 photos and we only were in the photoshoot room for less than 20 minutes. And we had to wait to buy our photos for another 42 minutes to even look at our photos and buy them. Actually unbelievable how unprofessional everyone was. And not to mention the amount of attitude and rudeness coming from these workers. So disappointed will never be back. Had to sit on the beds in JcPenney just to sit somewhere because I’m 32 weeks pregnant.

My wife and I were just browsing through the men’s dress clothes section and one of the employees came up to us to ask if we needed help. We said we were just browsing and his response was to guide us to the big and tall section. Really rude to just say something like that to us when we were simply walking around.

Why even have a phone if you're never going to pick it up?
I was trying To figure out if my pick up order Was ready because I was having issues with it on the app. I called the pick up counter five times. No.
One ever picked up so I started trying to connect to every single department at least five times. So it's nice to know that the employees here will just walk past a phone that rings five times back to back. No wonder why these are closing. Ill take my business to any of the bunches other retail stores, there all around. Don't waste your time here.

I bought my engagement ring from this location and it's been a nightmare. I've had it sent this thing out 6 times in 2 years because the stones won't stay in. The last time I sent it I got two stones that were black when the stones are all white diamonds. Now I got home to realize one gem is black again. I asked to see the manager of the department, I asked her a question and she gave me the roundabout and said there's nothing she can do to help me then walked away from us shaking her head. I will get this ring fixed one more time and it's going into my jewelry box to never be touched again. I feel like I can't even wear this ring without it falling apart. The quality is absolutely awful and no one in that department understands how frustrating this is. The time before this the guy that was ringing us out took 30 minutes because he got distracted by literally everything. I didn't buy this ring with the expectation of this nightmare yet here I am. I purchased another ring from Amazon for cheaper and I'm sure the quality will be better. You need to have a talk with that manager on customer service. I've worked retail jobs and I get it's frustrating at times but you can't treat your customers like that. I would NEVER walk away from a customer who just asked a question while shaking my head. If she can't work with customers politely and answer a simple question don't work in customer service. I will not be returning to this chain for any reason other than the possibility of having this low quality ring actually fixed, for the 7th time.

It's been a long time since I shopped here. We were a little disappointed in some of the changes and the shortage of staff at the store. The only good thing about looking for help was being able to see other things we could use. The staff we did find was very helpful. We'll have to get back there before their doors are closed. Looks like Sears all over again.

Went to take pictures clearly these people are not professionals i use to love penny's for my family pictures now I got pictures where people are looking in different directions standing on the side of their shoes clothes not fixed hair not fixed just a whole mess

There is lots of stuff here! There’s stuff for sports like basketball, American football and soccer (football), there’s clothing and many other things. Although it is not a very good place for quick shopping trips so 8/10 (4.0 stars)

Went for the semiannual sale on bras. Waited online forever and then when she rings me up I tell her that my 2 bras were wrong price took picture of sale price on wrack with the 2 whole rows of the bras I bought that rang up more expensive. She didn’t even offer to honor the price and was extremely rude didn’t apologize nothing. Just not nice. I still have the pictures and they all still have tags. I will avoid this location from now on.

A very odd experience. Most of the fitting rooms were closed. The registers weren't working correctly. The sweet guy running the register was super sweet and was trying really hard. As it neared closing time we were unable to leave. We had to go outside the whole mall complex and walk through the parking lots to get back to the other side of the mall where we were packed. I think there were literally only two employees on the whole first floor--he said someone would let us out and the only other person we car looked right at us and then disappeared-- I bought two beautiful dresses, but we couldn't get my jc Penney card to work?

You stand in a super long, ridiculously slow line just to be told your coupon does not work on that item, even when the item is clearly not listed in the exclusions fine print. The lady at the register also took my coupon, tore it and threw it in the garbage before telling me it wouldn't work. I would give a zero rating if it was possible!
