“Running my first Marathon and went in having no idea anything about what I wanted. Sam was amazing! She walked me through every step, gave me confidence in what I would chose, and was very patient with my indecisiveness. She recommended a pair of socks and insoles. Which I believe will be helpful, but also give her a raise. She genuinely seemed to care through her upselling lol”

“We were so pleased with the attention and service we got from Keith. He walked us through several options as we deliberated on outdoor furniture, very patiently answering all of our questions. 100% recommend Great Escape in Strongsville!”

“I visited Rally House and was warmly greeted by Kylee. She was extremely helpful, along with the young man who was helping. I truly regret not getting his name. They were both friendly, approachable, and took the time to help me pick out the perfect item for my boyfriend. When I went to check out, the cashier, I believe her name was Sydney, was very unpleasant She seemed more interested in being on her phone than assisting customers and acted like checking me out was an inconvenience. Kylee stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. She and the young man went above and beyond and completely turned my experience around. Because of them, I will definitely be back. My boyfriend loved his new polos.”

“Stopped into CLE 23 for the first time yesterday. Didn't buy anything this time, but I'm always looking for new shirts for my brother who needs a 3X. Hard to find good shirts his size, but CLE 23 has a good selection of Indians and Browns wear—especially the shirts that resemble the old Nutmeg shirts from the 90s! I will definitely be back sometime soon”

“This is a great upgrade from the old dicks store, it’s really a superstore now. The young man that helped me this morning buy two pairs of shoes for my kids is a rockstar, I didn’t think to see his name but if your his manager and your reading this; he had dark hair and was working the kids area shoes. Give him a raise or something because he performs well above his age level and streamlined the process. It was a breathe of fresh air, so helpful and fast.”

“This is going to be petty, however, great experience as always, employees were awesome. I'm just annoyed that I couldn't get my discount because I had no clue I had to register for sheerid again, so I paid more then what I wanted to.”
