When I went to check out, the cashier, I believe her name was Sydney, was very unpleasant She seemed more interested in being on her phone than assisting customers and acted like checking me out was an inconvenience. Kylee stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. She and the young man went above and beyond and completely turned my experience around. Because of them, I will definitely be back. My boyfriend loved his new polos.”
“Stopped into CLE 23 for the first time yesterday. Didn't buy anything this time, but I'm always looking for new shirts for my brother who needs a 3X. Hard to find good shirts his size, but CLE 23 has a good selection of Indians and Browns wear—especially the shirts that resemble the old Nutmeg shirts from the 90s! I will definitely be back sometime soon”

The young man that helped me this morning buy two pairs of shoes for my kids is a rockstar, I didn’t think to see his name but if your his manager and your reading this; he had dark hair and was working the kids area shoes. Give him a raise or something because he performs well above his age level and streamlined the process. It was a breathe of fresh air, so helpful and fast.”
