“My son had his 2005 Toyota RAV serviced here. The end determination is that the vehicle was not worth fixing due to age and other issues. I had to drive in from Mid-Michigan to tow the vehicle home. I could not make the trip for a few days so they allowed me to park the vehicle on their lot. When I showed up to retrieve the vehicle I was in the lot trying to figure my best course of action when their staff actually came outside and assisted me in moving the RAV (wasn’t running), loading the RAV on a trailer and getting me back on my way home. The staff was polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the help!

They looked at it and decided it was a bit more complicated a task not worth doing on a late model car. They did this service without charging. Very good customer service”

“I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They have helped me with two different vehicles, and I have been so impressed with every experience. As a woman and a widowed mom who has to handle these things on my own, it means so much to have a shop where I feel genuinely heard, respected, and taken care of.
I have never once felt talked down to, pressured into unnecessary repairs, or taken advantage of. They take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that I can actually understand, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable with what needs to be done. I’ve always felt like they were looking out for me rather than just trying to make money off of me.
They have also gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion, and their kindness and willingness to help have meant more than they probably realize. Everything has always been handled in a timely manner, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly kind and professional.
