“Easiest Car Buying experience I have ever had. Hannah, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and kind. Josh, the sales manager, was great. Alexandra, in finance, was sweet, not pushy. 10 out of 10. Would 100% purchase a car here again.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this shop! They have helped me with two different vehicles, and I have been so impressed with every experience. As a woman and a widowed mom who has to handle these things on my own, it means so much to have a shop where I feel genuinely heard, respected, and taken care of. I have never once felt talked down to, pressured into unnecessary repairs, or taken advantage of. They take the time to explain what’s going on in a way that I can actually understand, answer my questions, and make sure I’m comfortable with what needs to be done. I’ve always felt like they were looking out for me rather than just trying to make money off of me. They have also gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion, and their kindness and willingness to help have meant more than they probably realize. Everything has always been handled in a timely manner, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly kind and professional. I’m extremely thankful to have found a shop I can trust. Having that peace of mind when it comes to my vehicles is priceless. I will absolutely continue bringing my cars here for future service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring auto shop!”

“After being in a car accident, dealing with everything that comes afterward can be incredibly stressful. Taking my car to Strongsville Body & Paint was honestly one of the easiest parts of the entire experience. From day one, their team was extremely professional and thorough. They provided me with a detailed estimate, walked around the car with me, and explained exactly what repairs would be made and what to expect throughout the process. Their communication was truly top-notch, which gave me so much peace of mind. I had a lot going on in my personal life at the time, and knowing my car was in such good hands was one less thing I had to worry about. They completely restored my car and did an amazing job, it looks perfect. I can’t recommend Strongsville Body & Paint enough. Professional, communicative, honest, and excellent at what they do. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!”

“Brought my Volvo in to have the AC repaired as well as get a clunking checked out. They did both and the price was very fair and the work was done in the time they said it would be! When I had a couple concerns they had no issue taking it back to confirm things and the employees were kind enough to drive me home after dropping off my car both times. Highly recommend! They're knowledgeable and kind!”
