Came in with a return and the woman said i need to tape it the top. I asked her if she had a tape gun and her answer was NOPE! Nope? What are you good for then? She said i have to buy a tape. I did not come here to mooch free tape I would pay for it but your attitude sucks and from now on ups will get the business. This store and its employees suck. 0 stars

Stopped in to get a passport renewed. Waited in line for about 20 mins. and when called they told me I had to make an appointment for passports. Had all my docs and asked why they couldn't assist me now since I was here and all she said was I had to make an appointment. No other explanation.So I make an appointment. Figured they needed to bring in the passport expert, right?No. I show up to my appointment and IT IS THE SAME POST OFFICE EMPLOYEE who wouldn't help me the week prior. Go through all the docs and she says I need an original copy of my birth certificate in addition to a certified photocopy and my compliant driver's license. Exasperated, I said ok, I'll be right back. She says no, that I will HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. No apology or explanation, just that she couldn't help me now and that I needed to make another appointment. Tried to do it on the website when I returned to my car and the online appointment service is unavailable. Been unavailable now for 30+ minutes.TLDR; post office employee lacks the personal and professional clarity to assist a tax paying customer on the spot and forces customer to make an appointment. Same employee shows up at appointment and can't accept application due to lack of formal documentation (could have been avoided had she assisted initially). Inconveniences the customer again by having them make another appointment on a web site that isn't working.This is why people hate the post office.

Most poorly run place I know! Dirty, broken stuff all around, never sufficient counter personnel. Would terminate whoever is in charge immediately!

$200 stolen out of my nieces birthday card, envelop arrived in mailbox opened money gone. Carriers are thieves USPS is no longer sacred, just common thieves taking advantage of lack in law enforcement.

The etiquette and customer service of these ladies at this location, is very unprofessional. It is clear that they have no training or supervision in regard to customer service and simple business etiquette. I will do my best not to visit this location ever.

My passport appointment today was a delight, all thanks to the wonderful “REID.” From her warm smile to her patient explanations, she made the entire process a breeze. Reid’s assistance is worth its weight in gold; I’d gladly wait and pay extra just to have her help again. If you’re in the Cleveland area and need passport services, consider yourself lucky if you get to work with REID. She’s an absolute gem!

Absolutely horrible experience there last week, afternoon shift 9/21 around 3 p.m. The worker was unpleasant, rude, cut me off while I was asked a question about the kiosk, told me to step aside. I told her I wasn't even done asking my question, she told me she didn't care - it wasn't her problem. Completely dismissive and aggressive. She needs FIRED !

The staff here is as pleasant as any post office I've been to. Easy to access with good parking and a spacious lobby.

Surprised at the terrible customer service. The agent hung up on me because I did not accept "it probably got delievered" as a solution to my time sensitive lost mail. Definitely additional training, maybe a higher level of education, should be required to work for USPS.

We mailed a birthday card with gift card to friend (Delaware, OH) in December. Envelope was mailed by handing it to the inside post office desk clerk at Strongsville, OH post office for added postage. Delivery took nearly three weeks. Birthday card envelope was placed in another post office envelope. Birthday card was missing and gift card was stolen from the birthday card envelope. That had to have been done by a post office employee or inside jobs unless someone can provide me with a better explanation. We have envelope if anyone wants to see it or if further investigation can be done. Can we trust the post office mail service with anything of value? This doesn't deserve even a one star rating.

Refuse to drop off my mail. Because the ground that’s not the road they drive on sank in. “The mail box is 10 feet away” no my mail box is like 10 inches from the road you guys are just lazy and do not care.
