Seems understaffed. Has a lot of customers waiting, even during the day. Staff is helpful once you're called.

Although I received prompt attention, the employee shared that she was just returning from a leave of absence and did not feel well qualified to answer questions- I had to return another day- attitude was poor - overall i’ve always had good experiences with Verizon so hoping this is just a one off
