“Last week Friday I showed up at the Strongsville , Pearl Road location of this corporate T-Mobile office.I left the office completely well satisfied as Joshua L took great care of my challenge without a frown on his face and took great accountability in handling the situation and being on top of it as it got busy with other customers.Signal reception issues in the mall made me purchase a Verizon account after being with T-Mobile for nearly 15 years.I had to make a come back and purchase a brand new account with family plan with one of my family members to the issues where Verizon signal doesn’t work at all.The store staff at T - mobile was glad to have me and activate my e-Sim and other things in the pipeline without charging any extra fee and showing a true customer oriented experience!!Thank you T-mobile it’s feel once again great to be back !!”

“Target is one of my favorites. This one is located pretty close to the mall so I feel that it is more crowded due to the high traffic. I stopped in to get some Christmas shopping done. Due to the mask mandate, I am not a fan of customers drinking their Starbucks while shopping. My mom felt uncomfortable when she was looking at something and someone not wearing a mask was hovering behind her and not giving her space. We were able to find everything on our shopping list. Staff were cleaning carts in between customers.”
“I love going here. This is for sure a one stop shop. The fact that you can get cheap groceries, household items, and clothes in one spot makes it the place to go. The front isles always have seasonal items for convenience so you don't have to search all over for them. Around Christmas the lines can get crazy, but I was lucky to find a line that was short. They were actually staffed perfectly to where almost every cashier line was open which is normally challenging with covid and lack of staff everywhere.”
