It seems all the clients are friends. Which is great if that includes you. But if you're only a client not a friend - expect to wait while they chat with their friends.The technician that helped me was unsure, quiet, didn't inform me of what she was doing.I had to guess and ask her to clarify.

I went in to buy the new pixel 8 but was so unsatisfied with the service. I understand it's commission but please send don't try to put one over me with your explanation. I asked for the receipt and was told the quote sheet was sufficed. Well it wasn't - it was going to be much higher and then to make it worst he upgraded my husband's phone and not mine. I returned and told them what had happened. The manager just stood close by and didn't help. I cancelled the order and asked them to refund my money. I won't be returning to this location any time soon!!!

They do not have enough employees here to take care of people and they're needs in a timely fashion. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I recommend going to a different store until things change at this location.

I was setting a voice recognition password for my new phone and a nearby dog barked and ran away.........Now I am still looking for the dog to unlock my phone :)) Love the staff here….my friend Feras helped me out with my new phone……absolute tremendous person!!!!

Don’t help with anything and just make you do everything on your phone and constantly put you at the bottom of the queue. Dealt with 4 different people over the course of 2 hrs to get 2 new phones. Better off just doing everything yourself on your Verizon account and having a phone sent to your house.

Nice people to talk to. I stop there monthly to pay my cellphone bill. I save a stamp and I'm in the area anyways. Very easy to do.

I bought a new phone from here. They are very professional and made the purchase easy. I also went to another store for help and they were good also. I sure wish there were cheaper ways to have a phone, It sure is expensive comm, But it is a little computer.

Verizon in Strongsville was fantastic! Faris (Ferris) worked with my 88 year mother who is hard of hearing with getting her new flip phone setup and showing her how to maneuver around. He even set up her phone numbers for her. He was very patient and kind. He deserves a raise or some kind of special recognition for this. Not everyone is patient and kind to elderly people. Face it - they are the ones who have the $$$! You should be treating them like gold!! But his kindness and compassion were very much appreciated! We will always return to this store because this!!?????

Terrible service and ya'll missed a sale. Came in with an issue with my SIM card reader. Some young salesman barely gave me any service and basically said go to Geek Squad or some other repair shop. I was like bet! I did go to geek squad and they serviced my phone but then I decided I wanted to upgrade anyway and gave my business to Best Buy. The dumbness is very real at this location! ✌️

Worst customer service. If you are not buying a new phone or changing your plan they ignore you. First 10 minutes with rep and she never asked me what i was there for. First words out of her mouth was "you should be on business plan". Very disturbing. Not sure if all Verizon locations are like this but i wouldn't be surprised.

Staff EXTREMELY rude and slow, they make customers wait for HOURS! While they are taking breaks at the same time and chatting with customers for long periods of time after they are finished! If you try telling them something about it, they get mad at you and ask you to come back when you have hours to wait. I have been to the same location multiple times, they never help me and I always leave frustrated with their attitude. 0 stars if I could!

Well..the girl who took care of us didn't do a very good job at all,we are finding this out 2 weeks later..not only is our bill about $60 MORE a month,but she lied about our payment date too..really disappointed in Verizon actually..won't go back once our contract expires. Don't go here for anything..nothing is available..not even a bathroom,have to go to another business across the plaza street just to use the facilities..just awful service all the way around.
