“Amazing experience purchasing from Sheiban! Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely be making my future purchases here.”
“Had a Victorinox Swiss Army watch that the manufacturer deemed not repairable. They repaired my watch with not problem. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”
“We’ve been to Carat Coin twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Maroon and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They take their time with each customer, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed.
What impressed us most was their honesty and integrity. After our first visit, we accidentally left some coins behind, and they actually called us while we were driving home to let us know. That alone says a lot about the kind of people you’re dealing with.
On our most recent visit, Maroon spent a great deal of time with us and even stayed several hours after the shop had closed. He made sure everything was looked at carefully and that we understood what we had and the value of it.
I’ve seen comments from people saying Maroon can be rude, but that was absolutely not our experience. He was friendly, straightforward, patient, and extremely generous with his time. We worked with the other two associates as well, and they were just as welcoming and knowledgeable.
The shop is also easy to find, right off Lorain Road in North Olmsted.
We wholeheartedly trust the people at Carat Coin and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. If you’re looking for a place to have coins looked at, appraised, or sold and you want to deal with people who are knowledgeable and honest, I highly recommend Carat Coin.”
“Very nice store, the sale rep was very knowledgeable and informative very detailed will recommend to anyone looking…. Also there’s a huge Labor Day sale huge”
“Very cool place to bring my clock-obsessed father. They have clocks I didn’t know existed and at least a dozen folks repairing clocks in the attached workshop. It feels a little like going back in… time”
“The ladies here are just sooo great! Great recommendations and fast. Mariah and cat just sooo funny and make the price work! Thanks ladies oh better than Strongsville”
“The Great Northern Mall kiosk, North Olmsted OH, has an amazing young lady managing and operating the kiosk. She’s helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. She said “20 minutes” and it took less than 20 minutes for her to clean up my two watches and replace the batteries. She’s helped me before, was friendly and kind. Dakota has attractive watches and bands also and they are fairly priced. Definitely will return”
