“Just had a wonderful experience at Suburban Clock & Repair. We brought in an antique clock that has not been working for some time, full well expecting we would need to leave it for an estimate, followed by a lengthy and pricey service. To our surprise, Brendan took a look while we were there and not only was he able to get the clock running again, he took the time to show us what he was doing and to explain how to fix it in the future. When we asked what we owed, he said no charge! We thanked him and gave him a tip. What a rare treat to receive such excellent customer service, and expertise to back it up! Highly recommend!!! “After taking my watch to a jeweler to get the battery replaced and being completely ignored because I obviously had no interest in buying a $1,000 watch, I took my Fossil to Dakota where I should have taken it in the first place.It's kind of a long drive but getting a two-year warranty and the battery replaced on my watch for under $30 makes it worth it. I left the watch with Dakota and went shopping for a few hours, then picked it up when I was done. It usually takes about a half hour to 45 minutes if they don't have another customer or two in front of you.They're worth the wait. They do a good job and I get my shopping done while they're fixing my watch.”

“Came here on Black Friday and found a beautiful ring, but needed it sized. Unfortunately, I was leaving the city the next day. It so happened that their jewel smith happened to come by the store and Abbie (sp?) who was helping us, talked to him and he agreed to size the ring first thing next morning so that I could have it before I left town. Abbie was a delight to work with (as was Antonio who patiently rang up the bills). The whole team went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Amazing experience!”
