“I went to the Polaris Hot Topic the day before I came to this location and I was surprised at how much more variety they had here. They had more bags, plushies, jewelry, band shirts, anime shirts, just more variety of everything! The staff was friendly and told us about the sales when we came in. I always love checking out Hot Topic whenever I visit a mall. This was definitely one of the best locations.”

“This store made my weekend! Associates were very nice and welcoming and let me tell you- If you like pastel colorful cheery make you feel like sunshine items then you will love this store! Everywhere I turned there was something I wanted! I live 1.5 hours away but I want to go back today! I purchased 5 pairs of shorts and 1 ruffle skirt. Everything is so comfy and cute- I felt like a shabby chic simply southern princess! I kind of want to redo my whole wardrobe- do you think fiancé will be down for another road trip? ;) but seriously- this store had everything, from clothing, to water bottles, coolers, Fanny packs, pouches, stationery, car accessories. I think I need to return next weekend.”
“This Outlets North Face store always impresses me. There are many types of outdoor equipment, shoes, and winter jackets. Their extra warm winter jackets make my friends survive cold winter in Columbus with almost half price discounts. The room is large and well organized. I like their winter clothes more than summer clothes.”
“Love this store! It's so much different from the Aeropostale that was around years ago, but we were able to find some clothes for me pre-teen daughter and teenage step-daughter. There were many styles to choose from. From tanks and shorts to matching sweat suits and a ton of tanks, camis, tees, and cropped tops on sale! There weren't many jean options to select from but it is still summer!”

She spent extra time locating the proper color (to later have sent to his home) and proper size for each article of clothing. Additionally, she made certain all of the sale prices were being applied. “My fourth stop on my shopping trip at Tanger Outlets was the Levi Outlet Store. My brother needed new jeans badly and we hoped to snag some for him at good prices. There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me.Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't.Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.”

“Shopping at Tanger Outlets Columbus is amazing! I enjoy the morning drive along the way with a nice cup of coffee from Starbucks and listening to Latin music. I was looking forward to shopping at Polo Ralph Lauren for a 2nd time. Once I arrived, the store wasn’t crowded. Two store clerks were completing customers’ purchases at the main counter in front of the store. And another store clerk was assisting a customer nearby. I decided to browse around for a good deal. The store was well lit by the ceiling lights and by the light shining through the window. I was able to navigate around the store with ease. The clothing on the racks was well placed. Kind of urge you to buy everything. Every piece of clothing was meticulously folded with precision. Sale signs were visual with large prints and well placed with each clothing. I found a nice polo shirt. Made my way to the purchasing counter, and Alan was available who greeted me cordially. And before completing the purchase, he asked me if I signed up with their membership program and if so, did you receive a 25% coupon by text. And I did. I was so overwhelmed with excitement; I forgot about it. The only thing I had to say was WOW! Thank you! Alan, for a Super Cool shopping experience.”
“Large Calvin Klein store, great selection, really good quality products. The prices aren’t that great in my option, not for an outlet mall. They do have a decent sized wall of markdowns that are usually pretty good sales. But other than that I’ve never found any deals that have wowed me.”

“The staff at BWA were beyond accommodating for me tonight. We’ve always been so happy with service & product, but tonight was over the top. I called on my way home from work to verify closing time. When I told Mike I’d be running close, he assured me that he’d be there if I was close, and sure enough…he was, and was so gracious to let me shop un-rushed and even added to a shirt for me. I felt so thankful for this service, and the kids loved their new shirts. Keep up the great job, BWA, and thank you for what you do in our community!!!”
