Terrible terrible experience. No one knew how or what to do. Did not apply my rewards at checkout. Had to buy $40 worth of extra items to use a coupon and my rewards. After all that coupon would NOT go thru. Left the store after 1 1/2 hours with no solution to problem, no purchase because items were out of stock and unused coupon. NO ONE WAS CAPABLE OF ANY SOLITIONS. MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. Walked out so upset because of the time spent and end result.

It seems to me that CVS stores are hit and miss on what I'm shopping for. This location seems to miss more than others.

Called 2 days ago about a prescription. I never was called back, so I called this morning. No call back 3 hours later, so I called a 3rd time. Technician said I needed to call Dr. She said they usually call back in 15 minutes. This means they are probably understaffed. I have read that the supervisors over several or more stores get bonuses for cutting staff to save money. I don't blame the employees that work there. I blame the people who you don't know or see.

Never a single issue here. Those that are complaining are the problem. The same people that treat fast food workers like second class citizens and then complain about their attitude.

The Sunbury CVS pharmacy has been on a downward spiral for a few years now, and has just about hit rock bottom. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy.

Here with my 85 yr old mother who picks up prescriptions from CVS multiple times per month. They are refusing to give her a flu shot because she didn't bring her insurance card. As a loyal customer for years, I don't understand how they have her insurance info for pills but magically can't give a flu shot during an appt.

You cannot call the pharmacy to get a simple answer to a question. All i wanted to know is if they had a medication in stock but you literally cannot get past their crappy gatekeeper automated system to talk to anyone. Place is a joke, guess they hate money, can’t imagine why their stock is tanking

Reading all the negative reviews I went prepared with not a high expectation.
To the contrary the staff was very professional, welcoming and ready to answer any questions.

Very rude and In untrained front desk help. They did not know how to process my return. The manager tried to help and she didn't know either and she kept calling me dude even after I told her not to just to spite me. I asked for her name and she put her hand over the name tag because she knew she was in the wrong and didn't want me to turn her in, her helper had no idea what was going on. This is the first 1 star review I have posted.
