As usual, there’s an eBay guy who comes here and he grabs all the good stuff straight out of the new cards straight out of the new racks the employees act like they know him by name and they do as he ask, but he’s there every day all day long, he ruins the experience of trying to find something really nice for yourself if you can’t afford brand new clothes. The usual grifter other than that the store is pretty clean and organized, and I love the staff. But they need to stop doing what he asked them to do. They’re playing favorites with him. You’ll see him right away. He’s there every day all day long. He goes to get something to eat and comes right back and he wears a baseball hat.

I go to Goodwill for the books and if you do as well then this is not the one to go to. They have maybe a 10 foot section total for adult, kids, and DVDs. Very small selection.

Went shopping over the weekend, the store was nice and tidy, but want to give a huge shoutout to Kaleb, the cashier. They were super friendly and kind to me when checking out. Thanks!

It’s clear they’re starting to do away with plastic bags, which is fine it’s good for the environment.. but for the people who don’t realize that when coming in a tote that you don’t have to pay for would be nice? They’re asking for money for a tote just to bag your stuff and it’s got a pattern on it only one option and if you don’t like it but want to bag your stuff and have the extra money it’s your only option. Thrifting isn’t suppose to be this elaborate expensive experience. Thrifting is actually made for people who can’t afford clothing at regular price.. I don’t know if goodwill forgets that so I thought I’d remind them. I’m also wondering if they aren’t doing bags are they also not wrapping glassware? Seems odd that they wouldn’t care about whether something they sold would break. Where is the consideration? I tried to call to speak to management but no one was available. Not even an associate. I bought 7 mugs and didn’t have the extra money to buy a bag so I’m guessing I just wasn’t spending enough money ($30 at goodwill) to be offered the luxuries of having my mugs wrapped. But now I’m having to struggle to carry them up two flights of stairs individually. Dont even get me started on them switching the rewards program.

Today we were up here for a baseball tournament at Big Walnut middle school for baseball tournament and it brought us here afterwards. I've never been to a Goodwill that is so nice, so clean and quite large. It was very nice and I definitely will come back again. And the employees were amazing

Where do I begin...... this has always been our favorite Goodwill until recently. They changed the layout so 2 Carts can not go down the aisles at the same time. They are so narrow that I'm not even sure some bariatric wheelchairs could make it down. Better hope there isn't an emergency where everyone has to evacuate because there is no room for people to safely maneuver around the aisles to make it to the front. Best case scenario is there would be a road worker shopping at that time that could direct the customer traffic towards the front.
The handicap door button does not work either so be aware if you are a parent trying to push a cart with kids from the parking lot into the store that you will have to fight the doors open and then ram the cart over the metal thing on the floor all while the door is smooshing you from behind. It is not a very smooth transition. If the handicap door button was fixed then you would have time to get the cart through before the door is slapping your behind.
Our next issue was with a product that was unmarked. We took our 3 year old son there to pick out a toy to celebrate officially being fully potty trained and he fell in love with a toy car which happened to have no price. We took it to the front and the cashier said they could not sell it to us because it didn't have a price. My son was heartbroken and started crying. He didn't understand why the cashier wasn't giving him the toy back. You would think for something the store received for free they could have put a price tag on it instead of just saying they couldn't sell it.
There are some pros to this store though. It is always very clean and tidy. They also have some of the best prices of any of the Central Ohio Goodwills.

The aisles are not wide enough for two carts to pass. Had to keep moving out of the way and got frustrated and left. Used to like going but no more.

Used to be a great store to shop at. Recent changes have ruined it. They expanded the clothing area to take up 3/4 of the store. This shrunk the hard lines areas so much that if a person has a cart in the aisle, you can't even walk passed them. 2 carts is obviously a no go as well. Large items used to be spread out so you could see them. Now they are stacked on pallet racks in one small aisle. Books used to be simple pricing. Now every book has a label on it that's impossible to remove without leavinga sticky residue.

Nice selection & usually pretty full & clean. Only down side & not very disability friendly is their door! For months & years that I've shopped here the door never works! Fix the handicap door. It's not an auto door so it's really hard on people with mobility issues to get their cart out. Very disappointing for Goodwill. Atleast make the doors automatic or something.please!
