“My ring needed resized due to an injury to the knuckle. I am so happy I took it to Westerville Jewelers and not back to Kay Jewelers - who did work in the past and my experience with them was less than pleasant as it had to be sent back 3 times to have repair completed properly.
Westerville Jewelers did an Exceptional job and work was done to fix little things on my wedding ring that Kay’s missed and did not repair as well. Edward recommended adding beads to stop the spinning that occurs and it works perfectly. My ring looks brand new ! 100% recommend having your jewelry repaired at Westerville Jewelers!”
