Always happy faces when I go inside. I called today to ask them if they could remove an overdraft fee bc I’m in a difficult spot, Tim was so kind and patient, chatted with me and ended up refunding the entire fee. I live in Columbus but this is the branch I always go to because everyone is so sweet.

I love the Virtual Wallet accounts...the calendar is so much more intuitive than what the competition offers. While I'm mostly an ATM user (and the no card, app code option is super cool), the staff in this location have always been extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

Very friendly and know their business. However, service is very slow...understaffed without a doubt. They get the work done but you will have several minutes of waiting...whether it is the drive-thru or lobby.
