“Always happy faces when I go inside. I called today to ask them if they could remove an overdraft fee bc I’m in a difficult spot, Tim was so kind and patient, chatted with me and ended up refunding the entire fee. I live in Columbus but this is the branch I always go to because everyone is so sweet.”

“I would drive the extra miles to go to this Chase Bank because I know Reanna and Faith would go the extra mile for me. Great customer service and they call you by name. Makes you feel important.”
