“These folks have a good operation going. Everyone is on the same page. A well oiled machined. Three trailer tires and both steers in under an hour. Friendly and professional management, and a crew with high morale. Easily the best Good Year I've ever been to.Maybe they're off-duty NASCAR pit crew.”

Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”

“I've been taking my cars here for 15+ years. Staff is always friendly, never tries to push or upsale, and the work has always been top notch. You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. I have never had to worry about my cars in their care and will continue to take them here as long as I'm in the area.”

“I recently went to Mr.Tire at Pulsar Dr.in Columbus, Ohio. I got an appointment immediately to get air in my tires, inspect all my tires. and a tire rotation. I told him that a few weeks ago, I got air put in all the tires and the right rear tire needed more than the other tires, so I wanted them to really look at it. Glen called me and said that tire had a leak by the rim. He also said I needed to replace the front shocks/strus since the front tires are showing some wear. I told him, since they are so expensive, I wasn’t going to replace them at this time. They repaired the leak in my right rear tire, tire rotation, balanced the tires and put air I my tires.It was all covered under the package I bought when I bought all 4 new tires there.Glen (manager) is so kind. I remember him from the previous time I had service done on my car. I have gone to this Mr. Tire several times when I lived in Columbus, Ohio and I still drive 2 hours here to get my car serviced here. I trust them to take good care of my car and I would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“After a terrible experience at the tire center on Stelzer, this location restored my faith in Costco. Store Manager Daniel went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, even offering to send a mechanic out to sync up my TMPS sensor when they couldn't complete it on site. One of the mechanics even helped me with the windshield fluid when he saw me struggling in the parking lot. Thanks so much. Wish I had come to this location in the first place.”
“I got 4 tires at the Gemini location for a great price plus I got a free alignment and free oil change, no other place I called could come close to this deal. The staff was friendly and Josh even called me the next day to see if I had any problems with anything, that was a 1st for me. I'll definitely go back and I will tell friends to go there too”

“I towed my car to the nearest mechanic shop with availability. They said they’re closing soon and they have a drop box for keys if the tow doesn’t make it by closing time and they’ll get to it tomorrow. They recommended ee towing who showed up in less than 30 minutes & took only a few minutes to hook the car and leave. The shop called in the morning stating they were about to begin reviewing the vehicle and quoted a service charge for that. I was also quoted a charge for what I thought would be an alternator issue(875) and after the review they called To tell me the belt was gone and the price to fix it. They would call back to tell me if that solved everything or if I needed an alternator and or battery. She called reporting the belt change was all that was necessary. Total was 275 or so & they advised me at pick up that I should change two of my tires soon. While I’m satisfied with all the service, all of the pricing was substantially greater than any other shop. Being frustrated and In a rush, I just paid for all of it to make sure I can work the next day.”
