“Nevin took over my concerns for my car and took me back to see the work that needed done. He introduced me to the mechanic and we went over my concerns. All work was completed in great time. They are a honest place to take your car. I have done much work on my cars in the past 50 years and no longer finding it as easy to do. Honest shop and people. Will continue bringing my cars here as needed. Thank you Nevin”

“I brought my BMW into Garage 36 today because the car was idling rough and I knew it was overdue for an oil check. From the moment I arrived, the team showed exactly why this place has such a strong reputation. They were transparent, honest, and incredibly thorough in explaining what was going on with the car. What stood out the most was their ethics and integrity—they didn’t try to upsell anything, didn’t exaggerate the problem, and treated my situation with real care. They diagnosed the issue quickly, topped off what was needed, and made sure the car was running smoothly again before I left. It’s rare to find a garage that’s both highly skilled and genuinely trustworthy, but Garage 36 is exactly that. I’m grateful for their professionalism and honesty, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“I called with an issue in my passenger rear brake which was dragging and then suddenly lost pressure and fluid. They had it repaired and back to me the same afternoon. It was honest work and I appreciate the fast turnaround. I'm new to the area and will be taking my vehicles here from now on.”

“Every time I come here I get exceptional service. I’m not a car guy, at all, and they make me feel like I’m paying for what I need to, and nothing else. I come here for new tires, tire repair, air, whatever whenever it comes to tires. I have always been happy with every step of the process.”

“I was in search of some hard-to-find drive tires for my truck, after much frustration I contacted Bob Sumerel in Delaware. Chris took the time to listen to my concern and why an all-position tire was not going to work for me. He was able to find the tires I needed even though they were not a stock item or a brand they seemed to carry. The price was reasonable and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend Bob Sumerel Tire.”

“We blew an inside dual while on I71 northbound at 5:30pm. Jim was the only one at a local tire shop that was not only able, but willing to help. We limped the RV there before closing and the guys jumped on the repair. Can’t thank Jim and the team enough.”

“I scheduled an oil change online. I was the first one in the next morning. They were able to get me out in less than an hour, although their computer system was giving them challenges. Definitely schedule ahead if possible and early morning is probably best. By the time I finished mid-morning, they were very busy.”
