“Absolutely recommend this tire shop! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. They took great care of my car and didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t need. And an extra bonus for me—they’re dog friendly! 🐶❤ My pup was welcome to hang out while I got everything taken care of, which honestly makes a huge difference. Great service, fair, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”

“Nevin took over my concerns for my car and took me back to see the work that needed done. He introduced me to the mechanic and we went over my concerns. All work was completed in great time. They are a honest place to take your car. I have done much work on my cars in the past 50 years and no longer finding it as easy to do. Honest shop and people. Will continue bringing my cars here as needed. Thank you Nevin”

“Whatever you pay Matt, it's not enough. I have always walked away from auto repair conversations feeling like I was being taken advantage. Multiple times with Tilton and you could not ask for a better experience. Great team, great service. Thank you!”

“Had help from Don and Scott who work at the front desk. I did not speak to their technicians but both men were very kind and transparent with me throughout the process. I may need to check the pricing of service and labor at other auto shops in the future as I didn’t spend enough time looking at that when getting my estimate and bill but overall my car is now in good shape, they fixed my issue and Boyd’s is definitely a safe option to take your car to. Thank you!”

“I didn't have to drive to Columbus, Newark or Mansfield to find a competitive price on 4 new tires. I dealt with really nice guys and I appreciated not having to wait. My car was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Thank you!”

“I needed them to check to see if my battery and starter/alternater were bad. Car has not been starting properly. I was pleasantly surprised when they installed the new battery I had in my back seat and what they charged me was more than reasonable! I had to bust their chops even more because I was so happy! They both had a great attitude and wonderful customer service!! I will be back!”

“My truck just randomly quit working. Once my truck was in the shop, I was kept in the loop with every step. The repairs were completed exactly when they said it would be done. Even better, my repair ended up coming in under the estimate ( by half). If you need your car repaired, this is the place. Almost forgot, loaner vehicles are available so you aren’t stuck.”

“Really happy with the service here. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took care of everything quickly. They gave honest advice, the prices were reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free for someone who already has a lot of stress in her life. It’s great to find a tire shop you can trust. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others”

8500 Pulsar Pl, Columbus OH 43240
“I recently went to Mr.Tire at Pulsar Dr.in Columbus, Ohio. I got an appointment immediately to get air in my tires, inspect all my tires. and a tire rotation. I told him that a few weeks ago, I got air put in all the tires and the right rear tire needed more than the other tires, so I wanted them to really look at it. Glen called me and said that tire had a leak by the rim. He also said I needed to replace the front shocks/strus since the front tires are showing some wear. I told him, since they are so expensive, I wasn’t going to replace them at this time. They repaired the leak in my right rear tire, tire rotation, balanced the tires and put air I my tires. It was all covered under the package I bought when I bought all 4 new tires there.Glen (manager) is so kind. I remember him from the previous time I had service done on my car. I have gone to this Mr. Tire several times when I lived in Columbus, Ohio and I still drive 2 hours here to get my car serviced here. I trust them to take good care of my car and I would highly recommend them to everyone.”

“This was my first time using Tire Discounters. I purchased and had 4 tires installed. It was 5 star service. It took less than the estimated time. When the job was completed, everything that was done was explained. 2 stars ( for the online experience) because I scheduled online and received a phone call the next day telling me that the slot that I had booked wasn't available. The online scheduling has much to be desired. 😞”

“Honestly, if you’re a Costco member and you’re not buying your tires here, we can’t be friends, lol. But seriously, they offer all the major brands at competitive prices. The trick is to setup an appointment when you need to buy Groceries 😀”

“I came to Tire Discounters for a tire rotation, rebalance, and a flat repair. When I arrived, Andrew looked at my vehicle and told me they could take care of the flat repair and rotation. About an hour later, Austin called me and explained that my tire tread was very worn and that, because my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all four tires. Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make an informed decision, which ultimately led to me purchasing four new tires. I appreciate Austin’s professionalism and knowledge. However, it seemed like Andrew may have missed the condition of the tires during the initial inspection. In the future, I would prefer to have a technician thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making any decisions. Thank you, Austin, for your excellent customer service.”

“Dylan was extremely helpful and friendly. He took the time to ask detailed questions about the issues I was experiencing and explained how they could be addressed. He and his colleague, Fernando, were both knowledgeable, easygoing, and truly kept the customer’s best interests at the forefront. I will definitely return as a happy customer.”

“I had to have my car, with bad alternator towed from another auto repair shop to Firestone. I initially spoke with Terry and he was very understanding of my situation. Another associate got me checked in the following afternoon, ordered my alternator, and my car was ready the following morning. Great, friendly service!”
