You can probably find some slightly cheaper places around for some of the work, but there are almost always coupons available here, and they really do very quality work. “I recently went to Mr.Tire at Pulsar Dr.in Columbus, Ohio. I got an appointment immediately to get air in my tires, inspect all my tires. and a tire rotation. I told him that a few weeks ago, I got air put in all the tires and the right rear tire needed more than the other tires, so I wanted them to really look at it. Glen called me and said that tire had a leak by the rim. He also said I needed to replace the front shocks/strus since the front tires are showing some wear. I told him, since they are so expensive, I wasn’t going to replace them at this time. They repaired the leak in my right rear tire, tire rotation, balanced the tires and put air I my tires.It was all covered under the package I bought when I bought all 4 new tires there.Glen (manager) is so kind. I remember him from the previous time I had service done on my car. I have gone to this Mr. Tire several times when I lived in Columbus, Ohio and I still drive 2 hours here to get my car serviced here. I trust them to take good care of my car and I would highly recommend them to everyone.”

It was 5 star service. It took less than the estimated time. When the job was completed, everything that was done was explained.
2 stars ( for the online experience) because I scheduled online and received a phone call the next day telling me that the slot that I had booked wasn't available. The online scheduling has much to be desired. 😞”

“I came to Tire Discounters for a tire rotation, rebalance, and a flat repair. When I arrived, Andrew looked at my vehicle and told me they could take care of the flat repair and rotation.
About an hour later, Austin called me and explained that my tire tread was very worn and that, because my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all four tires. Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make an informed decision, which ultimately led to me purchasing four new tires.
I appreciate Austin’s professionalism and knowledge. However, it seemed like Andrew may have missed the condition of the tires during the initial inspection. In the future, I would prefer to have a technician thoroughly inspect the vehicle before making any decisions.

“I had a flat tire that I was able to put a spare on at 440pm, we called this shop knowing they close at 5, Mike answered and told us to come on over. We got there about 5 minutes before he was closed, he quickly patched my tire and put the tire back on the car and we were on our way. Thanks, Mike!”
