“This place is amazing specially if you’re low income or medium income and can’t afford some of the stuff that your insurance doesn’t pay for which is ridiculous. The driver, the people in the office and answer your phone. They are just so nice and polite. I’m glad I googled how to get a cane And they came up although they have a lot of other services that they help you with also.”
“I really loved the friendly atmosphere and the spacious pool. It's nice to be able to swim and not be on top of each other. The only issue is parents not watching there kids or monitoring there behavior!”

“I moved my mother from another facility to Otterbein Sunset Village, and it has turned out to be the right choice for her. Amy, the move-in coordinator, was especially helpful and made the transition feel much less overwhelming. She provided clear guidance throughout the process and helped ease the move for both my mother and our family.
The care staff has also been wonderful to work with and consistently responsive whenever I have questions or stop by. I feel confident that my mother is in good hands.
