    I have been getting the run a round with this bank for the last year ans half, no one knows what they are doing. Customer service is ZERO.

    Horrible customer service , from the whole team , going to the other location of Douglas. They were much nicer and more professional, and helped me out.

    Worst bank in NW Ohio. They screw up constantly and say they can't fix it. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Had me running between two branches because each branch said the other would help. I will never give them business again!
