I started crying and the gentleman at the desk was so kind and so patient. He offered me tissue and a water. He asked if I was okay or in any trouble because the state I was in. I really appreciated it all day I tried to keep it together but that moment when you're already having a terrible day and can't find your ID everything feels catastrophic.
