“Today, 4/9/2026, I called this branch, at 5501 Monroe St., Sylvania, OH to make an urgent inquiry because one of our nation's top retailers has not deposited two refunds into my account since 3/16/26!!! The amount of those refunds are over $100.00!!! The 🌟Genoa teller did an audit for those transactions while I waited on hold. Then I called back that retailer's fullfilment center with confirmed proof--my bank. Therefore, that retailer said my money will be deposited 4/10/2026. ✨”

“Today was a fairly trying day and my emotions were all over the place. I needed a cashier's check and all week been trying to get off work in time to make it to the bank. I started crying and the gentleman at the desk was so kind and so patient. He offered me tissue and a water. He asked if I was okay or in any trouble because the state I was in. I really appreciated it all day I tried to keep it together but that moment when you're already having a terrible day and can't find your ID everything feels catastrophic. I really wish I could remember his name to give him the recognition he rightfully deserved. Thank you for your patience and compassion when it was so close to the end of the day.
