“The north ave location was great, the phlebotomist is kind and welcoming and was very helpful. She was able to print the requisition required and did a fantastic job with the blood draw. If you are going to quest in this area, I would recommend this location and recommend you avoid the West Ave location, where the tech is extremely rude and unhelpful.”

“I come here to get my blood drawn because it’s convenient, I don’t need an appointment, and the people who have drawn my blood are incredibly efficient. The young female lab tech who has taken care of me most of the times I’ve come is very pleasant and so good at it that I’m in and out within minutes. There have been a few times over the years when I’ve had to wait for someone to come and get me from the lobby, but those have been very few and far between. I’ll keep coming back anytime I get a blood draw order from my physician.”

“Make an appointment online fast and easy to fill out insurance. Pick your location and time. Easy to cancel just keep your appointment email. Reschedule when you cancel. They will even put it on your calendar if you want! They text a check in for when you arrive. All set, take a seat, wait 5 minutes and in and out! Easy peezy! I went to Cuyahoga location on Howe both times and had same technician who is excellent!! Sorry I should have remembered her name.”

“Went there today for pre-employment drug test. Wait time was not very long. The issue was me needing to drink more water. They have zero accomodations like a water cooler for people who may need to drink some. The girl working did give me a bottle of her own water which was nice. The other girl that was working was strange. Didn't seem to care for white people. I could be wrong but it's how she came across. She was very short when speaking to me. I gave 4 stars because of her and the fact they need a water cooler like other lab testing places have. Telling someone to go buy something to drink is weird even if it is in a store.”
