“I live in Pennsylvania and my daughter attended college in Kent. We used the unit to store items from her dorm and apartment. Because I was so pleased with the service, I kept the unit after my daughter graduated and left Ohio. Yesterday, I moved out of a unit after renting for over seven years.
From the beginning to the end, the property manager Sharon was phenomenal. Sharon was beyond helpful. She is patient, she is kind. Sharon is proactive. If there was ever an issue, she was on top of it. The facility was always clean. The price was great. I always accessed the facility with ease and felt safe. The facility served it’s intended purpose. Sharon is what makes this location 5 stars for me.”

“I reserved & rented a trailer last weekend. When I arrived, there was only one employee present & she was completely slammed. There were people everywhere. There was a problem with my reservation but she worked thru it quickly & gave a positive outcome. I'm embarrassed I didn't catch her name. Highly recommend this store! Managers/bosses can feel to contact me. You have a fantastic employee at this store & she should be recognized!”
