Very safe and a short ten-minute drive to downtown Athens without the Athens prices. Property Manager Shannon is so lovely with the brightest smile I've ever seen. Truly enjoy living here so much <3

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone who works here has been extremely helpful and thoughtful. It's wonderful place if you are looking for somewhere quiet and away from the hooplah of Court Street. I highly recommend.
