“I rented from Coady for two years and had a great experience. Very responsive, easy to work with, even helped work with us if we forgot about a rent payment that was due. Funny and kind guy. Very responsive and helpful maintenance. For example, our furnace failed one winter and within a few hours maintenance was there with space heaters for us while they waited on parts to arrive. Got 100% of our deposit back even with wear-and-tear we expected to get charged for. Would totally recommend any student looking for housing to work with Coady.”
“I lived here for about 3 years. I just want to show my appreciation to Anita and Greg with this comment. This is a great place to leave as family. We love the complex, very safe for kids, close to library and bike path.
We got all the support we needed when there was an issue and needed some maintenance. Greg is a wonderful person. He just shows up when you need and do what he can do to fix whatever it is. Anita is a great addition to complex. She is very responsive, very knowledgeable and friendly. I just appreciate them both. We are missing to live there.”
