This is the standard. The kitchen appeared clean. My order was taken immediately. The dining area was clean. The food was fresh and tasty. Good job for this Arby's.

I like Arby’s menu and food. But my last two drive thru orders were less than satisfactory. Last week the ham and cheese slider was ice cold not warm or melted. Yesterday the mozzarella sticks were not cooked enough as the cheese was firm not melted at all. The chicken slider hard and over cooked. But milkshake was perfect I will try again but could be 3 strikes and out

I had to go through the drive thru tonight to get my order and when they handed me my bag it felt too light. I politely told the guy and he said they'd fix it but trying to talk to the woman to make sure I got everything I paid for she started raising her voice and yelling at me for trying to make sure I got everything that was missing. Normally the staff is awesome but that woman shouldn't be talking to people if she can't have a calm conversation.

Its the 4th of July in Tiffin Ohio. I appreciate that you were open. I ordered large cheese sticks, large chicken bites and 2 cherry pop-overs. I was handed a bag the was filled so much I couldnt roll it down for safe keeping. The pop-overs were squished again the cheese stickly. The frosting stuck to the paper and pies were crushed. It seems that the pies should have bed bagged seperately. It was probably around 6 p.m. i am registered but not able to open my account for some reason. That you for your hard work!

For got to give me my Mozzarella sticks and any of the sauces I asked for!!! Love Arby’s roast beef, it’s something my stomach can handle so 1 bad experience won’t keep me from going back just upset I live across town
