“I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Tiffin Brake and Wheel. I called on a Friday morning because my daughter's brakes started making a grinding sound and I was hoping to get an inspection before she had to drive with bad brakes back home to Columbus. They got the car in for service that morning, got the replacement brakes and rotors, and had her fixed up in no time with brand new brakes. Theresa sent us a video of the car when it was on the rack so that we could see exactly what the problem was, and gave us a price quote ahead of time, which was really nice. I was blown away by the fast, friendly, and affordable service and the owners talked to us like we were family. I am a first time customer here but it won't be my last time. Thank you so much!”
