“My original review was much different than this edited version.I had some hiccups with my rental vehicle process. I worked with my insurance agent amd the repair shop with questions and concerns.As luck would have it, the manager was picking up the vehicle from the repair shop when I was there and we got to talking. He asked me about my experience...and he seemed genuinely interested so I explained every problem from my perspective and he listened. He said he is normally the person working and was disappointed with my experience. He apologized and came up with a proposal to make things right.By the time I dropped of the rental vehicle, I was sure I would have to take my lumps on this situation so I was surprised and impressed.Thank you.”
